I provide a wide range of professional pet grooming services for cats, dogs and small pets.   

To reduce the risk of stress and anxiety to the pet, the owner may remain in the grooming room during the visit.  This enables me to discuss with the owner what grooming is required and offer advice and guidance as necessary.   

My grooming facilities include:

• Raised enclosed dog shower
• Electric table with H bar for pet safety
• Animal dryer (Blaster)
• Range of shampoo's and fragrance sprays
• Towels are provided
• Range of grooming tools, including brushes, combs, de-shedding brushes, tick hooks etc

I will always start the grooming process with a full health check which includes ears, teeth, eyes, nails, body examination and anal glands if needed. Full grooming is breed and coat dependent.

I also provide a loyalty scheme for regular clients.

New clients will need to complete a customer consent and Data Protection Policy document giving full details of my terms and conditions.  

Bathing

When bathing your pet, I will recommend appropriate products based on my initial health check. 

What to do when you visit us

Following these simple steps when you visit us will help your appointment go as smoothly as possible.

• Please have your dog ready and on a suitable lead
• Ringing the bell at the front gate on arrival, I will come and meet you and collect your dog
• Be prepared to leave your dog with me for the appointment
• New customers will be asked to complete a consent and information form for your pet.
  Please provide any details about your pet that you feel would be useful in order to prepare for a successful grooming outcome
